Punjab Water Supply & Sanitation Dept Recruitment 2013 – Apply Online for Jr Engineer/Draftsman Posts:  Online Applications have been invited from Indian citizens for filling the 150 vacancies of Jr Engineer/ Draftsman Posts. Name of the posts and no of vacancies :

Junior Engineer – 120

Junior Draftsman – 30

Age Limit

Candidates should be in the age group between 18 to 37 years. Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government rules.

Educational Qualification

For Junior Engineer post – Candidates should be qualified in Diploma/Degree in Civil /Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

For Junior Draftsman post – Candidates should hold a certificate in Diploma/Degree in Architecture and Civil Draftsman issued by state board of technical Education.

Application Fee

For General candidates               -Rs. 1000/

For SC/ST category candidates  - Rs. 750/-

Selection Procedure

Selection will be done based on the candidate’s performance obtained in the written examination.

Pay Scale:

1. For Junior Engineer: Rs. 18,250 (Initial)
2. For Junior Draftsman: Rs. 13,500 (Initial)

How to apply

Applicants who wish to apply for Junior Engineer/ Draftsman posts in Department of Water Supply and Sanitation have to visit the official website at http://www.pbdwss.gov.in  and download the application form.

Application form has to be filled with all required details.

Application fee should be mentioned as given in the notification.

Candidates have to submit the application form and note the system generated reg no.

Candidate should also take a printout of the application and send it to the address (refer website) so as to reach the destination before the last date.
