Government Medical College and Hospital, Chandigarh Applications are invited from the MBBS/BDS graduates, for filling up of various posts of Junior Residents in the various departments, clearing backlog of vacancies, for a maximum period of one year for the session starting from 01.01.2014 and also preparing a waiting list for future vacancies occurring during the remaining period of the year ending 31.12.2014 being tenure posts

Age Limit:-  As On 01/01/2013  The upper age limit shall be 30 years for MBBS/BDS candidates for Junior
Residents.


Pay Scale:-  Rs. 15600-39,100/- carrying grade pay of Rs.5400/- + Other Allowances as admissible.

Educational Qualifications:- 
 (i) MBBS/BDS,
(ii) Registered with State Medical Council Register/Medical Council of India.
(iii) The candidates who have already completed their one year rotatory internship/likely to complete internship on 31.12.2013 are eligible to apply.

Application Fee :-  Rs.200/- (Rs.50/- in case of SC candidate, if applying for reserved category), non refundable, through Demand Draft payable at Chandigarh in favour of Director Principal, Government Medical College & Hospital, Sector - 32, Chandigarh should be sent along with the Application.
