OSSC (Odisha Staff Selection Commission), Bhubaneswar has issued Notification for Recruitment of 23 Junior Librarian posts, eligible candidates can apply before 25/12/2013 through online.

Age Limit: Applicants age limit must be 21-32years as on 01/01/2013.Upper age limit Five years for SC/ST/SEBC/Women candidates and Ten years for PH/PWD Categories is applicable as per Govt. rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess IInd class Bachelors Degree in Library Science/ in any discipline of Social Science and knowledge from a recognized university

Selection Process: Applicants selection process will be based on Written Test/Interview performance skills.

Pay :  Selected applicants will get pay band Rs.5200-20200/- with Grade pay Rs.2000/- 

Examination Fee: Candidates must pay the fee of Rs.100/- for all SEBC & UR candidates other than PWD candidates either through online or offline mode using the Treasury Portal or by the conventional mode of deposit in the Treasury.

Online Mode: Candidates can pay the fee by logon to the web site www.odishatresury.gov.in through Net Banking of the designated banks or through Debit Card. On successful payment, an e-Challan will be generated from the Treasury portal which has to retain by the candidate for future reference.

Offline Mode: Candidates can deposit the fee using Challan through any designated Bank provided in the Treasury Portal under the “Head of Account-0051-PSC-104-UPSC/ SSC-Examination Fees-0047-Fees collected for conducting examinations-02041-Examination Fees”.

Conventional Mode: Candidates can deposit the fee through the conventional mode into the Treasury under the “Head of Account-0051-PSC-104-UPSC/ SSC-Examination Fees-0047-Fees collected for conducting examinations-02041-Examination Fees”. (No Fee for Sc/ ST/ PWD Candidates).

How to Apply: Interested candidates can apply online through the website of the commission “www.odishassc.in” by filling all the mandatory details from 26-11-2013 to 25-12-2013 by 11.59 PM and send application form along with relevant certificates mentioned in the notification in an envelope super scribing with the name of the post applied for on or before 30-12-2013 by 05.00 PM in the Commissioners Offcie, Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC), Barrack No.1, Unit-V, Bhubaneswar-751054.

1. Log on to “www.odishassc.in”.
2. Select appropriate advertisement link
3. Click on the button “Apply Online” to open blank online application form.
3. Fill all the mandatory details and upload scanned copy of photograph and signature.
4. Make payment as mentioned above.
5. Submit error free application form.
6. Take print out of system generated application form and send along with necessary enclosures to the above mentioned address.
