Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (Basic Shiksha Parishad) invites applications from graduates to fill 10000 vacancies of ‘Assistant Teacher’ in Primary Schools. State Government has advertised to fill 10,800 vacancies through BTC, Vishishth BTC and 2 years URDU Trainees in March 2013. Amongst them 10,000 vacancies are vacant to be filled. Essential Qualification: Candidates who wish to apply must have Degree in any discipline from a recognized University. UPTET, CTET.

Age Limit: From 21 to 39 years as on last date. Relaxation in age for reserved categories as per Sarkari Naukri Norms.

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates who have qualified TET, CTET passed BTC, Vishishth BTC and URDU BTC can Apply for this post. Age limit has been increased from 18-35 years to 18-40 years. To know more refer Advertisement below.

Candidates fulfilling above mentioned eligibility criteria needs to Apply Online on UP Basic Education Board website. Application fee for General/OBC is 500 and for ST/SC is 200 Rs.
 
Scale of Pay: Rs.9300-Rs.34800/-and G.P Rs.4200-4800/-.
 
Selection Process: Selection will be on the basis of merit list of candidates marks.

Application Fee: For General & OBC candidates Rs.500/- and for SC/ ST  candidates Rs.200/- . Fee has to be paid in cash at SBI branch or through SBI internet banking.
