OPSC Recruitment 2013 – Apply Online

Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has posted employment notification for the recruitment of 07 Tourist Officer Group-B of Odisha Tourism Service under Tourism & Culture (Tourism) Department. Eligible candidates can apply online from 21-11-2013 to 21-12-2013 by 11:59 PM and send hard copy on or before 31-12-2013 by 05.00 PM. 

OPSC Vacancy Details:

  Name of the Post: Tourist Officer

Age Limit :- A candidate must not be under 21 (twenty one) years of age and must not be above 32 (thirty two) years of age as on 1st January, 2013 he/she must not have been born earlier than 2nd January,1981, and not later than 1st January,1992.

Educational Qualifications :-  A candidate must have obtained a Master degree of Arts in History or Master Degree in Tourism Administration from a recognized University.

Pay Scale :- Rs.9300-34800/- carrying Grade Pay of Rs.4200/-

 Application Fee :- A candidate is required to pay a non-refundable and non-adjustable fee of Rs.300/-(Rupees three hundred) only. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe of Odisha only and persons with disability (whose disability is not less than 40%) are exempted from payment of this fee.

How To Apply :- Candidates must apply online through the website of OPSC http://.opsconline.gov.in. Applications received through any other mode would not be accepted and summarily rejected. 

 

Instructions for Online Application:

 
1. First candidates have to scan their photo, signature, left thumb impression.
2. Log on to www.opsconline.gov.in and read all the instructions & guidelines carefully and then start filling Online Application process.
3. Select the ‘Apply Online’ link besides the desired post.
4. Fill in all marked details carefully and upload previously scanned photograph, signature and thumb impression and click on ‘Submit’ button
5. On successful submission of the Online Application Form, a Unique Registration ID will be displayed on the screen as well as on the top of the application form.
6. Take print copy of finally submitted application form, Challan and make payment as per details mentioned above.
7. After submission of Online Application send the print out along with necessary enclosures as per details given above.

Last Date for Filling Online Application Form: 21-12-2013 till 11:59 PM.

Last Date for Payment of Application Fee: 24-12-2013

Last Date for Receipt of Print out of Online Application: 31-12-2013 by 05:00 PM.
