Applications are invited for fill up the Office of the Chief District Medical Officer (CDMO), Nayagarh invited application for recruitment to the post of Protocol Manager and Data Entry Operator (DEO) for contractual engagement under RSBY and OSTF Help Desk in nine Rogi Kalyan Samiti of Nayagarh District.

Age Limit:- The Age of the  Candidate age  18 to 32 years as on 1 October 2013.

Educational Qualification:- Education Qualification for the post of Protocol 
Manager:   D.Pharma with PGDCA/DCA with adequate knowledge of Computer particularly in MS-Office. Pharmacy Council Registration is mandatory.& the Education Qualfiication required for the Post of Data Entry Operator (DEO): Graduate with PGDCA.

Selection Process: Selection will be done on the basis of written test and computer test.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their applications in prescribed format along with attested copies of all certificates, one recent self attested colour Photograph duly attested in front side should be affixed at the space provided in an envelope should be super scribed with the name of the post applied for to the CDMO Nayagarh on or before 28-10-2013 till 05:00 PM.
