Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Ltd. (UPPCL) created on January 14, 2000 is the result of power sector reforms and restructuring in UP (India) which is the focal point of the Power Sector, responsible for planning and managing the sector through its transmission, distribution and supply of electricity.
UPPCLinvites applications from candidates qualified in relevant fields for contract absorption in total 336 Assistant Engineers posts.

Selection Procedure

• Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of Computer Based Test and Interview.
• A Computer Based Test comprise of Total 200 Questions, out of which
  • 150 questions of General knowledge/ Awareness,
  • 20 questions of reasoning and
  • 10 questions of General Hindi.

Application Procedure

• Application Fee is Nill for PWD candidates, Rs.700/- for SC/ST candidates, Rs.1000/- for General/OBC candidates and Rs.1000/- for candidates other than state of U.P.
• Fee can be paid through ATM cum Debit card / Credit card / SBI Net banking OR bank Challan form payable at SBI.
• Interested and eligible candidates may apply in given formate with all correct dertails.
• After Apply online, take print out of application Form and keep the form for future use.
