NIT Calicut Recruitment for Assistant Professor 2013

National Institute of Technology, Calicut invites applications from qualified Indian Nationals for the faculty positions at the level of Assistant Professor. Vacancies are on contract basis. Details are given below.

Name of post: Total 37 vacancies are for the post of Assistant Professor. Out of these, 27 posts are for Backlog category and rest 10 posts are for open quota.

Pay scale: The above post is under the pay scale of Rs.15600 – 39100/- with academic grade pay of Rs.6000/-.

Age limit: Candidates applying under backlog category should be below 40 years of age and maximum age for open quota is 35 years.

Qualification: Ph.D degree in relevant discipline is essential for this post. Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.
