Age limit: Candidates age should be less than 21 years as on 01-01-2013.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Graduation in Commerce with certificate Course in Accounting Package (Tally) for Accountant, Any graduation with Statistics/ Mathematics/ Computer Science for Data Analyst and Graduation with computer skills (PGDCA from recognized University) for Assistant cum Data Entry Operator and must be able to speak, read and write Odiya.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their applications in prescribed format along with attested copies of all certificates, one recent self attested color Photograph (3.5 cm X4.5 cm size) duly attested in front side should be affixed at the space provided in an envelope should be super scribed with the name of the post applied for to the Collector, Rayagada (Social Welfare Section), At – Collectorate Building P.O & Dist: Rayagada – 765001 on or before 30-10-2013 till 05:00 PM.

DOCUMENT TO BE SENT ALONG WITH THE APPLICATION FORM:

(a) Self Attested photocopy of HSC or equivalent and mark sheet
(b) Self Attested photocopy of 10+2 or equivalent certificate and mark               sheet/Self Attested photocopy of Degree certificate and mark sheet 
(c) One recent self attested colour Photograph (3.5 cm X4.5 cm size) duly attested in front side should be affixed at the space provided. 
(d) Self attested Certificate of experience issued from the previous / current employer.
(e) In case of persons with disability self-attested copy of identity card issued by competent authority. 
(f) Attested photo copies of all the mark sheets and board/university certificates in proof of the claim made by the candidate relating to his/her educational qualification. 
(g) Separate application form for each individual post must be submitted along with attested photo copy of all the mark sheet and certificates.
 (h) elf Attested copies of Caste certificate and other certificates in proof of the claim made should be attached with the application.
