• Maharashtra Public Service Commission has published a notification of recruitment for 714 vacant posts of Police Sub Inspector Preliminary Examination – 2013. Interested Job fighters may apply before the last date.

Age Limit: Job fighter’s age must not more than 25 years. Relaxation in age criteria will be applied as per government rules.  

Eligibility: Job fighters should have completed the Graduation in any field from a recognized Institution. Job fighters should have 1 to 10 years of related security or service field experience.

Selection procedure – Job fighter’s selection will be based on the performance in Interview and Written Test.

Pay Scale: Job fighters will be appointed at Rs.9, 300-34,800/- with Rs. 4,300/- grade pay.

Application fee: General category job fighters will have to pay Rs.260/-, Backward Classes job fighters have to pay Rs. 135/- and Ex-Service Man job fighters will have to pay Rs.10/- as application fee.

How to apply?

• First of all visit the Official Website which is www.mpsc.gov.in.
• Select the MPSC Online application.
• Choose the Post name which you want to apply.
• Select the examination centre and fill the application form and get the Examination ID.
• Make the payment of application fee through the Challan form.
• Fill the details of Application fee.
• Now go on the submit button and you will get the message ‘Transaction ID Updated Successfully’.
• Take the print out of the MPSC online application form for further use.
