Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 17-40 years for Post No.1 to 12 & 14, 18-40 years for Post No.13 and 25-50 years for Post No.15. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules

Educational Qualification

• Clerks: 10+2/10+2 1st Division/Graduation or its equivalent from a recognized board/university

• Steno typist (Hindi/ English/ Both Languages): 10+2/10+2 1st Division/Graduation or its equivalent from a recognized board/university with English Shorthand at a speed of 80 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 15 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 8%. OR Hindi Shorthand at a speed of 64 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 11 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 8%

• Junior Scale Stenographer (English/Hindi/ Both Languages): 10+2/10+2 1st Division/Graduation or its equivalent from a recognized board/university with Hindi Shorthand at a speed of 80 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 15 words per minute OR English Shorthand at a speed of 100 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 20 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 8%

• Senior Scale Stenographer (English/Hindi/ Both Languages): 10+2/10+2 1st Division/Graduation or its equivalent from a recognized board/university with Hindi Shorthand at a speed of 80 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 15 words per minute OR English Shorthand at a speed of 100 words per minute and transcription at a speed of 20 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 8%

• Drivers (Light Transport Vehicle)/ Drivers (Heavy Transport Vehicle)/Tractor Drivers/ Drivers: Middle/ Matric or its equivalent form recognized Board.

Application Process:The candidate can apply offline the application form. First the candidate visit official website of HSSC and download the Application Form. After that fill all require details and sent it along with all require certificate and documents to given address in notification.

Application Fee: Application Fee is 150/-

Selection Process: The selection process is based on performance in Written Exam and Interview.

Online Application Form: All those candidates who wish to apply for various posts in Haryana SSC, they are required to apply through online mode by filling online application on HSSC’s official website at www.hssc.gov.in on or before 19th February 2014.

How to Apply Online: Please read the instructions and procedures carefully before you start filling the Online Application Form.

• Log on to HSSC’s official website at http://www.hssc.gov.in.
• Now click on Apply Online Button.
• Fill all marked details and submit your application form.
• After applying online your registration no. and password will be generated.
• Take print out of the registration no. and password screen for future reference of your application status and for Reprinting of your online filled application form and challan form.
• After successful submission of application candidates can take print out of application form and Fee challan.
• Please deposit the fee in all State Bank of Patiala bank branches after 48 hour of filling online application and Fee challan generation.
• The hard copy along with required documents will be brought at the time of verification/scrutiny-cum-interview.
