General Conditions University of Kota Recruitment July 2013 Computer Operator LDC Book Attendant Vacancy : -

1.Each applicant shall sent only 1 (one) application.
2.Applications to be sent only by normal post, applications sent by Speed Post or Registered will be rejected.
3.Application without signature will be treated as cancelled.
4.Incomplete application / application received after due date will be treated as cancelled.
5.All documents submitted with the application form should be attested (original need not to be submitted).
6.Without attested documents application will be rejected.
7.The Candidate shall fill-up the required data in the Application in accordance with the instructions. Applications which are not in accordance with the instructions, shall be summarily rejected.
8.While applying for the above post, the applicant must ensure that he / she fulfills the eligibility including  academic and professional qualification as per advertisement and other norms mentioned above as on the specified dates. In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment / selection that a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility norms and / or that he / she has furnished any incorrect / falls / wrong information or has suppressed any material fact(s), his / her candidature will automatically stand cancelled.
