Job Description :
Conduct training programs for PBAs/DBAs/BAs
Conduct programs for all categories of Business Associates to give them a detailed orientation
Train them on products, compensation structures, recruitment structures, promotion criteria etc
Conduct behavioral trainings, for example on people management, time management etc
Conduct SPIN programs for nominated advisors
Conduct refresher courses as & when required
Conduct training programs for advisors
Conduct advanced selling skills programs for advisors
Conduct sessions on product training, company sales process, internal compliance standards & procedures etc
Conduct refresher courses for advisors as & when required.
Manage absenteeism & provide extra support to advisors/BA
Maintain a list of regular absentees in the sessions & ensure that these trainees are contacted & asked to attend the sessions
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions for BA s/advisors if they ask for it
Arrange joint field calls with advisors & give them feedback on their sales technique & knowledge
Constantly update trainer skills
Update skills based on participant feedback as well as feedback received from supervisor
Attend additional certification programs to update competencies
Remain up-to-date with competitor analysis, industry developments etc for enhancing knowledge
Administrative Activities
Plan training calendar for T2 advisors & BA s based on the sales requirements
Ensure that attendance sheets & feedback forms for every session conducted are complete
MIS & reporting
Maintain reports for programs conducted, attendance in the sessions, training days completed, extra training initiatives taken etc.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Must Be Post Graduate & III Qualified
Experience in Life Insurance industry is must
Knowledge of IC-33 book of insurance advisors
Candidate from sales profile and willing to move to training profile can apply
Excellent communication skills
Conducting 50 hours compliance training for in-house centre for advisors.
Activation and productivity of advisors.
Advisors coding and induction of products current and newly launched products.
Enhancing of productivity and development for advisors.
