RBI Recruitment - 34 posts of Assistant Manager Security in Grade ‘A’ - 2013

Reserve Bank of India Services Board invited application for recruitment to the post of Assistant Manager (Security) in Grade ‘A’ . The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format before 17 December 2013.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Age (as on 01 November 2013): Between 25 and 40 years (no relaxation for any category)
  • Experience :
The candidate should be an Officer with a minimum of five years of Commissioned Service in the Army/Navy/Air Force


The candidate should be of the rank equivalent to Assistant Commandant with minimum five years service in Paramilitary Forces such as Border Security Force, Central Reserve Police Force, Assam Rifles, Indo-Tibetan Border Police, Central Industrial Security Force, Sashastra Seema Bal, Defence Security Corps, National Security Guard, Railway Protection Force, Rashtriya Rifles, Special Protection Force, Commando Battalion for Resolute Action, Special Frontier Force and Home Guards

 Educational Qualification: Candidate should be an Officer with a minimum of five years of Commissioned Service in the Army/ Navy/ Air Force or equivalent to Assistant Commandant with relevant experience in Paramilitary Forces.

Pay Scale: Basic Pay Rs. 17,100/-p.m. in the scale of `17,100-1000(11)-28100-EB-1000(4)-32100-1100(1 )-33200.

Selection Process: Selection of candidates will be through Interview.

Application Fee: 100/- (Rupees one hundred only). No fee is payable by SC/ST/RBI Staff candidates
Payment through Offline Mode: Candidates need to pay application fee after submission of online application. After submission of online application, taking print out of system generated Challan form and pay the fee at any branch of any one of the banks, viz. Bank of Baroda/ Bank of India/ Bank of Maharashtra/ Central Bank of India/ Indian Overseas Bank/ Punjab National Bank/ United Bank of India after 2nd working day of registration and can be made within three working days. Candidate will receive registration confirmation by SMS/e-mail after two working days from the date of payment of fees.

Payment through Online Mode: After submission of Online Application, fee payment can be made online through payment gateway integrated with the application. Payment can be made by using Credit Card / Master/ Visa Debit card / Internet Banking. After making payment, candidates can take print out of system generated e-receipt.
How to Apply: Eligible and interested candidates can apply online through the Bank’s website between 18-11-2013 to 17-12-2013. Candidates must submit the system generated printout (hard copy) of the On-Line application (with a valid registration number) to the Board’s office along with 6 copies of Bio-data Form (which is separately available on the website) and one Photocopy of certificates/ documents as given in notification in a cover superscribing with Post Name should sent by Ordinary post only to the General Manager, Reserve Bank of India Services Board, Post Bag No. 4618, Mumbai Central Post Office, Mumbai – 400 008 on or before 24-12-2013 by 06:00 PM.

6. After submission, candidates must make payment through Online or Offline mode as mentioned above.
7. After completing the registration process, take print out of submitted application form and send it with necessary enclosures to the Board Office as mentioned above.
