J&K Grameen Bank invites applications for the post of Officers in Junior Management (Scale-I) cadre and Office Assistants (Multipurpose) from candidates, from Indian citizens who have been declared qualified at the Online CWE for RRBs conducted by IBPS during September/ October 2013.

Age Limit: Candidates should not have been born earlier than 03-07-1985 and later than 30-06-1995 (both dates inclusive) for S.No.1 Post, should have not been born earlier than 02-07-1985 and later than 01-07-1995 (both dates inclusive) for S.No.2 Post i.e age should be 18 to 28 years for both Posts. Relaxation is available.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should Possess Degree in any discipline, proficiency in local language & computer knowledge.

1. For Officer Posts: Candidates who have qualified in IBPS RRBs- Online CWE-II held in September/ October 2013 must have got 95 or more marks for SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD and 98 and more marks for OBC/ GEN/ OBC-PWD/ GEN-PWD.
2. For Office Assistant Posts: OBC/ GEN/ OBC-PWD/ GEN-PWD candidates should have scored 95 or more for Officer posts while SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD candidates should have scored 88 marks.

Selection Process : Hiring process will be based on the total performance in the Total Weighted Standard Scores obtained by them in IBPS-CWE and personal interview.

Pay Scale :-
Officer Scale-I :- Rs.28341/-PM (Inclusive of DA & HRA at current rate)
 
Office Assistant :- Rs.15676/-PM (Inclusive of DA & HRA at current rate)
