Age Limit:
Applicant’s age
limit must be in between 18 to 30 years for both the posts. Relaxation in age
will be given to SC/ST, OBC candidates as per the rules and norms of Government
of India.
Relaxation:
- For SC/ST: Maximum 5 years
- For OBC: Maximum 3 Years
Educational Qualification Criteria:
Interested
Candidates need to pass 12th class or equivalent qualification from any
recognized board or University for both the posts.
Along with this, typing
speed for both the post is required. Below are the details:
- Lower division post: Typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English and 30 w.p.m in Hindi on Computer.
- Stenographer: Typing speed of 80 w.p.m. in (English or Hindi) with transcription time of 50 minutes (English) or 65 minutes (Hindi) on computer.
Selection Process :
- Interested candidates will be selected on the basis of online examination. Selected students will be go for scrutiny, skill test and interview process.

- Interested students who want to apply for this post may apply online by log on to the official website of the university that is pgimer.nic.in as on before 7th December 2013. Students need to fill the application form online and fill the all details carefully before the last date for registration.
