Integral Coach Factory Recruitment - 2014

Ministry of Railways, Integral Coach Factory has issued a notification for the recruitment of Sports Quota Posts. Eligible candidates may send their applications on or before 03-02-2014 up to 17:00 Hrs. For remote areas like Lakshadweep, Andaman & Nicobar islands should send applications on or before 18-02-2014 at 17:00 Hrs.

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 years to 25 years as on 01-01-2014. Age relaxation is applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess the qualification of degree from any recognized university typewriting proficiency of 30 w.p.m in English or 25 w.p.m in Hindi for Senior Clerk Posts, must have passed Matriculation or its equivalent exam with at least 50% marks in the aggregate for Junior Clerk Posts, Course completed Act Apprentice ship/ ITI in the relevant trade for Technician Gr.II & Gr.III Posts. Refer to official notification for post wise educational qualification.

Application Fee: General and other unreserved category candidates are required to pay Rs. 60/- and Rs. 40/- according to the post while SC/ ST/ PWD category candidates are exempted from paying application fee.

Application fee should be paid through Demand Draft/ Crossed Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of Assistant Personnel Officer/ ICF payable at Chennai.

Selection Process: Candidates would be selected based on their performance in written exam, interview and trial list.
